We are an authorised service provider for all the leading original equipment manufacturers.
Our certified spares and service will reduce your vessels operating costs and maintenance time by mitigating biofouling and corrosion.
Electrotest Marine range of services include the following:
Pre dry-dock inspection
Will identify all components required to be replaced before dry-dock and where necessary determine the operational condition of all MGPS and ICCP equipment.
Dry-dock inspection
An inspection is carried out of the normally submerged equipment, its condition is determined and exchanged. All original equipment manufacturer spares and replacement parts are fully covered by OEM manufacture warranty. A documented dry-dock report including photographs of all equipment is issued.
Post dock commissioning
On leaving dry-dock following an agreed period of time the ICCP system can be switched on, this is to ensure that the new hull coating is fully cured, an Electrotest Marine engineer will then carry out an in-depth calibration to make sure the system is working to its full capabilities.
At sea on board fault finding service and repair
Our engineers are fully conversant with the day to day operation of all types of vessels and we offer service during sea passages where we can evaluate and calibrate the ICCP systems without the influence of any external steel structures ensuring the system is correctly calibrated. For MGPS, we can also supervise and assist with the retrofit of any control equipment and strainer mounted equipment during these passages.
Detailed log sheet analysis with remedial recommendations
For both ICCP and MGPS log sheet analysis, all log sheets are examined by our fully qualified technical department and any irregular readings will be identified and brought to the owners / vessel’s attention.
